A live integration sprint
The team used the Beijing Masters cycle to tune robot behavior in a public field environment and compress hardware/software feedback loops.
Lab assumptions were checked against lighting changes, opponent motion, referee flow, and repeated match resets. The resulting integration notes now inform work across mechanics, motion, perception, decision, and outreach.
